Brenda is the friendly voice that greets you when you call High Hopes Children’s Therapy. As our Patient Care Coordinator, she plays a key role in supporting both families and staff—ensuring every child’s experience begins with kindness, clarity, and a smooth process from day one.

Brenda is based at our Alpharetta clinic, where she manages patient scheduling, handles intake documents, responds to emails and phone calls, and coordinates communication with pediatricians, specialists, and other providers. Whether she’s helping a new family get started, answering questions about scheduling, or making sure the paperwork is in place for a child’s first visit, Brenda brings compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail to every interaction.

With a background in healthcare administration and a strong foundation in patient coordination, Brenda is committed to making sure each family feels heard, supported, and confident in their care from the very first call.
